President
Nancy Partipilo serves as the President as well as sits on the Board of Directors. Nancy is the daughter of Dynamic’s founder John Partipilo and part of family ownership of Dynamic. Nancy has been with the company since a youthful age working with her father and has been present for the growth and development of the business. When John became ill and passed away Nancy stepped up as President and CEO of the business. Nancy has been fundamental in continuing on the family Legacy and has led through the continuous growth of the company.
Chairman and Chief Executive Officer
John Bellantuono is the third generation of family ownership at Dynamic. John has been with Dynamic since he was on summer breaks during High School. John fell in love with the family business and has risen through the ranks of the organization. John began in the back of the shop starting as a Teardown Technician and progressed through many different positions include Assembly Technician, Maintenance Technician, Quality Control, Machine Shop Manager, Chief Business Development Officer, Executive Vice President and ultimately took over the Chief Executive Officer position. John earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration while working at Dynamic through college.
John is very passionate about carrying on his Grandfathers legacy while continuing to pioneer the future growth of the company.
Chief Operations Officer
Al Sinram serves as the Chief Operations Officer and a member of the Board of Directors. Al has been with Dynamic for a little over 30 years, serving in many capacities. Before joining Dynamic Al worked for Answermatic, a transmission test equipment company. Al began his career with Dynamic building controls and writing software for final test machines. Al has overseen the dramatic growth of Dynamic from a “Mom-and-Pop Shop” to one of the most respected, largest, highest quality automotive remanufacturing companies in the world.
Al brings a wide and deep skill set to his current COO position, including technology, operations, quality, team building, safety, and customer relationship management. Departments that report to Al include Quality, Supply Chain, Engineering and Operations. Al is very customer focused and takes great pride in the many customer relationships he has fostered over the years.
Chief Financial Officer
Kristina is the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at Dynamic Manufacturing where she leads the Accounting, HR, IT and Business Strategy Functions. Previously, she served as the CFO for Urban Farmer, a private equity backed firm, as well as the CFO of Tradebe, and international privately held company. One of her notable achievements includes her ten-year career at Nippon Paint as the Chief Executive Officer (CEO), where she led the largest North American automotive coatings subsidiary of the company. In this role, Kristina was responsible for driving for growth, enhancing operational performance, ensuring profitability, and maintaining compliance. Under her leadership, NB Coatings experienced record-breaking revenue and profit, earning the prestigious global gold award. Prior to becoming the CEO, Kristina served as the CFO, Treasurer of the Board, and Company Compliance Officer at NB Coatings. Prior to NB Coatings, Kristina was the CFO and Board Member at Bolt Industries, a PE backed company, where her strategic vision played a crucial role in successfully guiding the company through 7 acquisitions and implementations, ultimately leading to its successful exit.
Kristina’s early career includes positions at Berlin Metals, TTX, Prairie Group, and Whirlpool, where she took on progressively more significant roles in accounting, finance, operations, and ERP management.
Kristina holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, with a double major in Finance and Human Resources from Purdue University. Additionally, she has completed the Executive Leadership and Strategy program at Notre Dame, earned her Six Sigma Black Belt certification, and achieved certification in Business Ethics. Kristina also achieved the distinction of being named one of the “Top 25 CFO’s in Manufacturing” by Finance and Investing in 2023.
Vice President, Business Strategy
Steven Morgen serves Dynamic as our Vice President of Business Strategy, responsible for positioning Dynamic for success in all markets. Previously, he served as our Director of Finance and Accounting Transformation, after which he had quite the career. After receiving a Business Degree from Loyola followed by an MBA, Steven worked 50 years in Senior Level Finance & Accounting Management and Finance Transformation Consulting positions. He led 5 implementation cycles with SAP and Oracle E-Business, all the while consulting on several major mergers & acquisitions.
Since joining Dynamic, Steven has developed and launched our Electrification Group, and he is now directing our entire business strategy. He will evaluate opportunities for strategically situated out-state locations; develop long range business strategies and spearheading the integration and transitioning of next generation mobility service models into existing operating environment.
Steven has many accolades and achievements. These include an MBA in Finance and Accounting, a Six Sigma Black Belt from University of Michigan College of Engineering, he is a Project Management Professional as well as a Program Management Professional from Stanford University, and lastly Steven is a Certified Information Systems Auditor.
Vice President, Transmission & Converter Ops
John Paukovits serves Dynamic as our Vice President of Transmission and Torque Converter Operations, responsible for remanufacturing of torque converters and hybrid transmissions, machining operations, new product launches, legacy battery operations, and mechanical engineering and design. Before joining Dynamic, John was a General Manager for All American Threaded Products Midwest Division, after which receiving a Bachelor’s degree from SUNY in Management of Technology. John worked the last 20 years as an executive for various manufacturing companies in the Midwest, prior to that worked 5 years in IT positions, and prior to that owned two separate machine shops.
John joined the Team as a General Manager, before quickly accepting a promotion to Launch Manager in 2013 with 12 New Transmission Launches year-to-date. He developed the first Product Launch Department, first Mechanical Engineering and Design Department, and the first Applications/SQL Programming Department here at Dynamic.
Vice President, Environmental, Health, Safety & Security
Chad Richardson serves as Dynamic’s VP of EHS&S, responsible for complete oversight of Dynamic’s Environmental, Health & Safety and Security systems, policies, procedures. Chad has been with Dynamic since 2014. Previous to Dynamic, he worked in similar health & safety roles in the food and airline industries. Chad is a 2009 graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Occupational and Environmental Health & Safety.
Throughout his tenure, Chad he has seen significant growth across the organization which has resulted the continued development and improvement of processes and policies within the EHS&S discipline. Chad helped Dynamic navigate the COVID-19 Pandemic, by implementing robust policies and providing return-to-work guidance. In addition to daily EHS&S tasks, Chad is currently tasked with ensuring safe operations as Dynamic moves into the automotive electrification space.
Vice President, Supply Chain and Customer Service
John McNett serves Dynamic as our VP of Supply Chain and Customer Service, overseeing all supply chain planning and customer service initiatives. John received a Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management from DePaul University, followed by a Master’s in International Business from Dominican University. He has 44 years of experience with various supply chain roles across computers, food, chemical, apparel, and automotive industries – most recently as our Director of Supply Chain and Customer service.
John started with Dynamic in 2017 and since his start, he has spearheaded many different projects including the introduction of tiered planning positions to give his team a more transparent career path, implemented methods of traceability for all products that are shipped from our highest volume facilities, and the establishment of a second shift in two of our warehouses, to name a few.
Today, John is working closely with our customers to improve our service on existing product lines and expand our overall service offerings, as well as developing a plan to rationalize how our warehouses are aligned to best service remanufacturing operations.
Vice President, Finance
Crystal Templeman serves Dynamic as our VP of Finance, overseeing all financial teams and functions. Before joining our Team, Crystal received 2 bachelor’s degrees in economics and finance, with a certificate in international business, as well as an MBA from the University of Illinois. She has strong professional experience with other manufacturers, implementing several Lean manufacturing initiatives including process redesigns saving her team 2,000 hours on the plant floor.
Crystal has a history of implementing internal controls and efficiencies with accounting and operations, most recently as our Director of Financial Planning & Analysis and Plant Controller. In her current role, she’s working on building and developing a high performing accounting/finance team that focuses on the strategic future of Dynamic.
Vice President, Engineering
Currently the Vice President of Engineering, Bob has the responsibility of Dynamic’s Product Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Applications Engineering, Test Stand Engineering, Electrification and Corporate Lean initiatives.
Bob holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Iowa State University and an MBA from Keller Graduate School of Management. Bob has over 30 years of experience in the OE Automotive and Heavy-Duty industry, with prior responsibilities in areas such as R&D, new product development (8 patents), applications engineering, sales, lean, quality and operations. Mr. Reisel is very excited to participate in the continued growth and development of Dynamic.
Vice President, Sales & Marketing
Ray Roller currently serves Dynamic as our Vice President of Sales and Marketing. Ray joined Dynamic in 2022 after 25 years with Holman Enterprises, a NJ based automotive centric organization. His last position at Holman was VP of Sales.
He brings his extensive experience in OE powertrain sales and distribution, aftermarket sales and commercial fleet sales to the organization.
As VP of Marketing and Sales he will continue to develop and build the sales and marketing team, assist in growing current business, and create new opportunities for the company in both existing channels as well as untapped markets.
Ray has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Rutgers University School of Business. He also achieved the title of Executive Scholar with a concentration on Leadership from Kellogg School of Business, Northwestern University.
Vice President, Human Resources
Since joining Dynamic Manufacturing as Director of Human Resources four months ago, Margo has already made significant strides in enhancing our HR practices. With a distinguished career spanning over thirty years, including leading the HR department at two previous companies, she has a proven track record of shaping effective HR strategies and fostering a positive work environment.
Margo’s impressive achievements include successfully managing complex employment cases, implementing innovative HR technologies, and significantly improving employee retention and engagement across multiple locations. She holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology and a master’s degree in human resources from Purdue University.
In her new role, Margo will continue to spearhead our HR department’s efforts to align human resources strategies with Dynamic Manufacturing’s goals, drive performance improvements, and support our workforce through robust talent management and employee engagement programs.
Vice President, Information Technology
Eric Peterson serves Dynamic as the Vice President of IT where he leads all aspects of IT systems, software, infrastructure, security, and the overall development of a strategic roadmap for IT. Eric came to us from Elkay Manufacturing where he served as the Senior Director of Application Development and Technology. Eric has extensive experience leading interdepartmental teams to develop IT solutions, design infrastructure platforms, and spearhead digital transitions that streamline data centers and cloud environments while propelling innovation across diverse business scopes. Eric also has a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Northern Illinois University.
Eric has only been with us two short years, and since then he and his team have re-defined what “IT” means to Dynamic Manufacturing. Eric has transformed the team to now have a focus on partnership with the different business units at Dynamic and to create a strong foundational enterprise-grade infrastructure to lay the groundwork for growth, stability, and security. Eric’s future vision includes cloud strategy, DevOps, digital transformation, and ERP as well as continuing to enhance and harden everything he and his team have built over the past two years.
Vice President, Quality
Brian Peternell currently serves Dynamic as our Vice President of Quality. Brian joined the team with 15 years of OEM experience in automotive fasteners and internal lighting systems with Federal Mogul, and now 25 years in remanufacturing. Brian has a passion for Quality, and for the good fortune to have been able to succeed with Dynamic and the Partipilo family for as long as he has.
Brian responsible for all areas of Dynamic’s Quality Management System. Along with day-to-day functions, Brian has overseen the development and maintenance of all our QS9000, TS16949, and now IATF16949, ISO14001. Quality is one of, if not our most powerful attribute, and Brian’s involvement has proven integral to our successes.
