It is helpful to know Dynamic’s company organization to understand how this affects our Company’s rules and policies. Authority and responsibility for the successful operation of the Company starts with the Board of Directors. These individuals develop policies, rules and regulations for the Company, and then delegate authority to the Managing Directors in order to administer these aforementioned items.
At that point, the Managing Directors assign responsibility to plant managers, so that these managers can properly guide plant supervisors. These plant supervisors oversee day-to-day employee functions and operations. In order to ensure that all Company rules are understood and followed, it is crucial to have a good system of communication between the employees and management. In order for this to occur, we encourage you to speak openly with your supervisor to voice any questions or concerns you might have. This will ensure that we are all working together as a team.
